Eat this PSP fanboys.
I’ve never been this excited for a gaming accessory since the Logitech G35 came out (Sadly, I cannot afford it until now). And I don’t even play the guitar! It’s still 2 months away, but I’ll be waiting for it. Hope the fools who price the items at Toy Kingdom don’t charge an arm and a leg.

I said I would never post anything about Brian Gorrell (or the people involved who I don’t even know personally), but now I realize that not only is he fighting to get his money back, he is also causing media outfits to keep a watchful eye on the shady practice of getting something in return for some good PR. It’s okay if the other party gives freely as part of a collective push to boost awareness for whatever they’re promoting — but if the journalist involved BLATANTLY asks for something? Ugh. It’s just THE perfect example of what I was talking about in a previous post. To have it on paper, is just priceless

If there’s one thing about city guides a lot of people can be thankful for, it’s that small entities now have a cost(less) effective way to promote their budding businesses. That hole in the wall restaurant you’ve always wanted to go to is no longer an hour away –
it’s just a click away.
I just wanted to give some comments about Summit’s newly released Spot.ph city guide, which sadly, (in my opinion) fails to live up to the high standards the company is very well known for.

I don’t remember when I am Legend came out. All I remember is how much I regretted watching it. All I saw was an explosive display of er, explosives. Anyway, someone from the office showed me an alternate ending. You can also watch it here. Way better methinks.
You didn’t think a movie with such a kickass poster would suck bigtime right? I guess it’s a marketing tactic so people would buy the DVD

Surprisingly, two more sites came up — Heineken Philippines, and another site bearing Vartuk’s name. Both are also Blogspot accounts! This is what I found on the second site.

I’ve said it time and time again and without bias — if and and when I have a kid, I don’t care where he goes to grade school or college, as long as his high school years are spent in the Ateneo. Without malice (pwera lang kung si Roset - sorry guys, inside joke) it’s where and when almost everything is done for the very first time.

Since you are now on this page, I’m guessing you’re already as frustrated and pissed as I am about Metrobank. You can find more rants here and here. Well, everyone looking forward to a Saturday at the mall are just going to have to *ulp* - wait. Why? Because you can’t even troop down to the nearest branch and make an over the counter withdrawal.
Sure, you’re going to have to put off buying those shoes you’ve always wanted for a few more days (we hope), but what about the people who have to pay the bills today?
I guess the question is, how accountable can Metrobank be because of this unfortunate situation?

So, so sad. Even sadder than Charlene Gonzales’ Superwoman bit from 2004.
